Pregnacare Original tablets are a daily vitamin and mineral tablet which is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy and beyond. They’re ideal for all stages of pregnancy, helping you to be sure that you and your baby are getting the essential nutrients you need as your pregnancy goes on.

Pregnacare Original tablets contain 10µg of Vitamin D, which is recommended by the NHS for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Vitamin D helps to control the levels of phosphate and calcium in the body, helping to support healthy teeth and bones. They also contain 400µg of folic acid, which is also recommended by the NHS in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and can be used throughout pregnancy. Folic acid encourages healthy development of the spine in foetuses and reduces the risks of your baby developing neural tube defects, such as spina bifida.

Take one Pregnacare Original Tablets every day and swallow with a sip of water or another cool drink. Take with your main meal and do not take on an empty stomach. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
