Description
Chromium Picolinate can be taken as a food supplement by those on a calorie-controlled diet and those whose diet is not well balanced.
Each tablet provides on average 200mg of Chromium Picolinate, providing 22mg of Chromium which is 55% of the Reference Intake.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: (maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose), bromelain, papain, modified maize starch, anti-caking agent: (magnesium stearate).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions
Take one or two tablets a day. People engaged in strenuous work or exercise may take up to three tablets daily.
