Sterimar nose hygiene and comfort is a medical device recommended for children and adults to:

• Cleanse and eliminate impurities
• Moisturize and restore the natural moisture of the nasal mucosa
• Prevent ENT disorder by reinforcing the nasal mucosa’s defences
• Help to improve breathing, contributing to a healthy sleeping pattern

Sterimar nose hygiene and comfort may be used following nose surgery.

Recommended use:

On first use, spray once to start the system

For hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal mucosa: Head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

For a deeper cleansing of nasal cavities: Head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the upper part of the other nostril. Spray once for longer, from 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out of the other nostril and them blow your nose.

Use 2 to 6 times a day

After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
